After his resignation as Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Vanuatu to the European Union, Mr. Pascal Vu Anh Quan Saken accepted the challenge to help to rebuild the Central African Republic (CAR), which had been devastated after the coup in March 2013.

Mr. Saken has been appointed to be the Ministry Counsellor to the Embassy of the Central African Republic in the People's Republic of China. His longstanding expertise in international business and finance as well in diplomacy, will be very helpful in building a good commercial relationship between the two countries.

Pascal Saken has been receiving his letter of appointment from HE Emmanuel Touaboy, the ambassador of the Central African Republich to the People's Republic of China.

Mr. Saken will also become an independent agent in Africa for Shenzen Emperor Technology Development Co., Ltd., the largest security printing company and smart card manufacturer and supplier in the PRC. This was decided at his official visit to the company and meeting with its chairman, Mr. Zhixing Zheng, together with HE Emmanuel Touaboy. More info here...
